5. Go Clichè with Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Yeah, it may be a token touch, but they’re delicious and take a mere 20 minutes to whip together…and it’s microwavable, hello!
What you’ll need:
Baking Sheet
Wax Paper
1 1/2-2 cups of semisweet/milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
20 strawberries

Begin by lining your baking sheet with the wax paper. Then microwave the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl on medium-high for 1 minute, stirring until melted, and cool slightly. Take your strawberries and dip them halfway into the melted chocolate, then place on baking sheet. To make the chic white chocolate drizzle, place the white chocolate chips into a plastic baggy (that’s “heavy duty”) and microwave on medium-high for 1 minute, then knead with fingers until smooth. Cut a tiny corner of the baggy and squeeze to drizzle over the strawberries and chocolate–refridgerate until set!
4. Keep It Simple Yet Chic with Chocolate Soufflé
What you’ll need:
Nonstick cooking spray
4 six ounce Ramekins
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 ounces of semi sweet chocolate
½ cup heavy whipping cream
5 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Coat the inside of four 6 ounce ramekins (aka those ceramic/glass bowls) with the non stick cooking spray then dust with sugar. Chop chocolate and combine with cream in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, stir until chocolate and cream are blended with one another. In a medium bowl, combine the egg whites and sugar, beating with a hand mixer . After the chocolate mixture has cooled a bit gently, fold it in to the egg whites. Spoon the batter into the ramekins and place in the refrigerator uncovered until needed. When ready to bake, place them in the over at 400 degrees on a cookie tray for 10 − 12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar for an added touch!
3. Don’t Hesitate and Just Embrace the Break-And-Bake
There’s no need to have shame, technically you are baking them yourself by putting the dough in the oven, doing the actual physical manual labor of using a cookie cutter, etc. Plus, you’re adding your own chef signature with these super cute and sweet love notes to make your cookies mimic Valentines!

2 packages of Store Bought Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (ie: Nestle TollHouse Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough)
White, Pink and/or Red Frosting or Decorator Icing
Valentine themed candies like M&M’s, sprinkles and sugars, cinnamon candies, etc.
preheat your oven to 325° F. Line 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan (aka the one that looks like a baking sheet but with sides) with foil and grease lightly. Crumble both two whole bars of dough into the pan. Using your fingertips, pat the dough gently to fill the pan.

Then decorate your cookie squares with love notes using frosting, candies, sprinkles and sugars!
2. Be Très Elegant With Dark Chocolate Truffles
Not only are these lovebite size, and romanticly delish-they’ll look uber elegant as well!
What You’ll Need:

Saucepan
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz. Dark Chocolate Baking Bar
Finely chopped toasted nuts, toasted flaked coconut and/or baking bocoa for coating truffles

Begin by lining your baking sheet with wax paper. Heat the cream to a gentle boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until the mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Then drop the chocolate mixture using a rounded measuring teaspoon onto the baking sheet and refrigerate again for 20 minutes. Shape or roll into balls; coat with nuts, coconut or cocoa!

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl on medium-high for 1 minute, stirring until melted. Simply pour the chocolate into the ice cube tray and add spinkles while still warm, place in refridgerater until hardened–hello adorable!
