What's the Deal With Dan and Nate's Bromance?

If you love the dynamic between Nate and Dan on Gossip Girl, but are worried the pair will end their adorable bromance, step away from the ledge. Executive producer Stephanie Savage says it’s here to stay.

"I think that Penn [Badgley] and Chace [Crawford] work really well off each other and it's a fun dynamic to have on our show," she said.

"There's a lot of mean girls and power plays and it's nice to have this place to go where it's a lot more of that buddy energy: two guys that are just trying to figure out how to survive in this world. That's a really fun dynamic for the actors to play and it's fun for the audience."

The only bad news? Don’t expect anything between Dan and Chuck to develop. "Chuck still has a long way to go until he's open to a true Dan Humphrey friendship." Hm. We’re sure Dan isheartbroken
